Perhaps whilst stumbling across the interweb you came across this strange and boring place? Perhaps you are a friend? Perhaps you are a foe?

Fear not, for I care not.

This blog is in the ownership of ebonySCYTHE and will be subsequently used to post journals pertaining to said person’s life. They may be oh-so heartwarming; they may be nothing but pure, thoughtless ranting. If the idea entertains you (weirdo!), then welcome. If it bores you to the core of your very brain, than I’m sure you can find something better to do on the internet, eh?

Much of my posts will be about pet health as well, because I have always been more fond of my furry companions than most humans I have met. I am also working my pathetic butt off to become a Veterinarian (and spending money I do not have), so I’ll be sure to note anything of interest that comes from this pursuit. Right now I am employed as a lowly pet food drone, and I have a basic understanding of what has been working in the pet food industry and what has not; this may also become part of my regular posts (or rants).

I’m also very ‘passionate’ about many, many things (as you will have a chance to read about below if you so wish) and they will undoubtedly appear in my posts.

Again, welcome to my space on the web and please expect it to be a place where I vent.

The Owner…

You don’t really want to read this, do you? Why should I even bother writing something like this, especially since I have all of this crap written down elsewhere? In short, because I’m bored and you’re a stalker. Plus, because I’m writing about my life, a lot of what I mention here will appear in my blog.

I commonly go by the name ebonySCYTHE on the internet, an old alias I had when I was young of which I have maintained since those faraway days. Others in the real world know me more often than not as Kris. I’m twenty three, male, live in the United States, a vegetarian/in progress vegan, agnostic Athiest and a recent graduate.

My goal is a career in Veterinary Medicine. Thus, I’m doing Pre-Vet work and have my Bachelors in Biology. I’ve been working at a MN based pet food store that specializes in premium pet food for about three years and a dog daycare.

I’m an animal lover, that much you may have figured out on your own. I have six cats, a dog and a snake at home, all very precious to me. I would have more if money allowed. You can learn about them on my ‘Pictures’ page. I also love being creative and seeing other people’s creativity take form. I mainly focus on sketching and creative thought right now since I have so little time, but I’ve dabbled in many mediums. Some of my favorites have been photography, painting, jewelry and metal working, drawing, music, CG coloring, web design, poetry and fiction writing.

I’ll spend a lot of time thinking about alternate worlds and characters, which would manifest in a novel, comic or simple game if I only had the time. Skhizein and I do most of this together; he is my closest ally in this world.

Are you still here? Well, alright. I’ll go on a little more. If I were social, I’d be an activist because of my passion for the things I think are important. I’m very passionate about animal rights, civil rights and keeping an open mind in general. I’m shocked with how ignorant/hateful people can be. I’m disgusted by it. I think animals should not be abused in the ways that they are in our society. I abhor the meat industry, the way animals are raised and killed. I think if you want to eat meat, you should have to raise and kill your own food. I despise the way people impose their own views on others, an example being the murder between races, religions, sexes and sexualities. I have my views about so many other subjects as well, but I obviously won’t go into any more of them here.

I think that just about sums up myself and the subjects I’ll be writing about, perhaps a little excessively.
