I remember when I was a kid, how jealous I was when I went to a party for someone’s golden birthday. I knew then, that I’d have to wait until I was 24 for my golden birthday to come and boy did that seem like a long ways away.

Well, here I am. Twenty-fucking-four. Little did I know it would be so, eh, un-exciting. I think my dad forgot about it to be honest, and other than the occasional “happy birthday” I haven’t been through anything special.

Actually, that’s a lie. Skhizein gave me the best present in the world. It’s so fucking beautiful, I want more. Heh. See, Skhi drew one of my all time favorite characters from a world we’ve been working on for a long time. The drawing isn’t even finished but I think it’s the sexiest fucking thing, dammit. Uuuunnfff. So what if he, ahem, looks a tad feminine. Gawd, he’s so fine looking. His hair, skin, guh. I’m so happy. I can’t wait for Skhi to finish him… Skhi said there was more to this, that it’s a ‘cover’. Fffffffuck, I hope it’s a comic cover, heh.

Poor Skhi is stuck in classes, so I’m currently just sitting on my laptop, waiting for them to end. I’ll be picking Skhi up and then we’re going out for pizza at my favorite joint. I swear, Italian Pie Shoppe has the BEST, pizza in the world, mmm. Can’t wait. The $10 off birthday coupon helps too, heh.

In other news, I’ve recently decided to check out some anime/manga/crap again. Most recently, No. 6, which isn’t classified as shonen-ai, but should be, by god. The two guys even kiss, and I don’t think that’s normal. Maybe it’s an anime that’s just got two gay characters, but isn’t technically of the shonen-ai or yaoi genre, but so far the story’s been a little moot for that excuse. Either way, it’s got a novel and so far I like it more than the manga or anime.

Also, I ordered my first new car on July 27th. I cannot wait to get it. I bargained for a smashing good deal of a Ford Fiesta SE, getting $800 below invoice. //fistpumps/ Finally, I’ll have a radio, and air conditioning, and power lock and windows, holy shit. I cannot wait. With my decent credit score I don’t need any help with the load either, AKA I don’t need a cosigner. I feel kick ass. Now, I just need a fucking decent paying job.

Wow. I post, what, once a month? … Laaame.

Anyways, I thought I’d update on my break and how it’s been. I’m depressed that it’s going to be over soon as I go back to classes on Tuesday. I’m taking five classes: general microbiology with lab, a human anatomy lab (yay, dead people!), intro to fiction writing (a filler, haha), animal physiology and an animal diversity lab. Whoo. There is going to be a lot of lab work this semester, but I particularly take interest in poking dead people, LOL. Not that I don’t respect the dead folk, but it’s what you get for donating your body to science. Me? I’ll let the doctors rip my organs out for transplant rather than let a bunch of idiot undergraduates poke at me while I smell of formaldehyde.

As for my break, it has been pretty decent. I’ve been working and playing games. I’ve also fixed up my car a lot (though I still haven’t cleaned it yet, heh). Man, I refilled the tires the other day, and the PSI was half of what it was supposed to be… I was asking for a disaster. I still desperately need a hair cut, but I’m going to be broke, broke, broke after I pay my 2,500 dollar tuition bill in the next week (I still need 500 dollars, crap!) and I need to make an appointment with my doctor… I’m two years overdue for a doctors appointment, WOW. I am so behind. Why didn’t I get all of this over with during my break??? Why?

On the bright side, I have been relaxing… I got a Assassin’s Creed II and Rock band for x-mas, so I’ve been playing those like a whore. I’m the drum player since Skhizein can’t hold a beat for shit! Skhizein gets the awesome guitar instead… We make a pretty decent band, haha!!! As in, we can both, finally, play on medium without fucking up! It’s fun, and now we need to buy a bass guitar so my mom can play with us too. We have a mic, but I do NOT want her to sing… she’s horrible. Not that I’m any better ( I know, I tried -cracks up-). Assassin’s Creed II is just a sexy game. I love it to pieces…

Hmm. I have been drawing a little bit, but not enough to be happy with myself. I’ll scan some pics later ( I always say that!) but for now I’ll post what I have on my laptop (which isn’t much).

Well, school has been so fucking exhausting… I’m just dying for it to be over… yet I don’t want to experience finals. Gah. I’m going to have a breakdown.

My drawing final is due next Tuesday, and I have nothing but ideas in my head. I’m screwed. It’s a big project too… we’ve had weeks, hahahah! … I need to die.I also have three other finals after that so I’m cringing just thinking about finding time to study. I have the finals weekend off, but in return I have to work two weekends in a row beforehand. We’re also having a huge sale and people have been just pouring in. I’m tired of dealing with them sometimes, honestly. Ugh. What can I do about it though? The worst part about work is the ongoing drama though. Man, some people just need to learn how to grow up and suck it up! Idiots…

Well, since there was nothing else particularly useful about this post, I guess I’ll post a story I wrote it months ago during school. It’s just a short, vague one about two original characters Skhizein and I have.  I had the idea in my head at least a year or two ago, I just was never very inspired to do anything about it (like all the damn ideas I have) until it finally hit me one day. I guess I just felt like writing so I wrote for a half an hour and this crap came spewing out, hahaha! I ended up being happy enough with it to preserve its life, and now I guess I’ll post it here.
